<p>Onion &#8211; 2<br />
Tomato &#8211; 1<br />
Mushroom &#8211; 1 cup</p>

Red chillies &#8211; 10<br />
Coriander powder &#8211; 4 tsp<br />
Milk &#8211; 1 cup<br />
oil &#8211; 6 tsp<br />
coriander leaves<br />
curry leaves</p>
<p><strong>Mushroom Curry Preparation :</strong></p>
<p>Heat oil in a pan Add the onions along with jeera .<br />
Add the red chillies with coriander powder , with the curry leaves and turmeric powder. Grind them well.</p>
<p>Then heat oil add the mustard seeds , with curry leaves. Then add the onions, after golden brown, add the mushrooms and after they well fried add the ground paste.</p>
<p>After the curry comes to a boil, add the milk along with the<br />
coriander leaves.</p>
<p>Bring them to a nice boil and serve them with rice</p>

<p><strong>Tamarind Rice Tip :</strong></p>
<p>If you fry and grind fenugreek seeds along with others it adds more flavor</p>
<p><strong>Tamarind Rice Preparation :</strong></p>
<p>1) Heat some oil in a pan</p>
<p>2) Fry the mustard seeds, chana dal,urad dal and the red chillies</p>
<p>3) Add onions  to the oil fry them well</p>
<p>4) Add chilli powder, peanuts and coriander powder to the oil and let them blend with the mixture</p>
<p>5) Add the tamarind water and let it to boil some salt to taste</p>
<p>6) finally add the coriander leaves .</p>
<p>7) Boil the rice separately and leave them in a plate and let the rice to cool down.</p>

</strong><br />
Rice &#8211; 3 cups</p>
<p>Onions finely chopped- 1</p>
<p>Lemon &#8211; 2 nos</p>
<p>Ginger,  garlic finely chopped &#8211; 200 gms</p>

<p>Coriander powder &#8211; 1/2 spoon</p>
<p>turmeric powder &#8211; 1/2 tbsp</p>
<p>chilli powder &#8211; 1 spoon</p>
<p>peanuts &#8211; 100 gms</p>
<p>coriander leaves</p>
<p>salt to taste</p>
<p>Chana dal, urad dal, mustard seeds, red chillies to garnish</p>
<p><strong>Lemon Rice Preparation :</strong></p>
<p>1) Heat some oil in a pan</p>
<p>2) Fry the mustard seeds, chana dal, urad dal and the red chillies</p>
<p>3) Add onions  to the oil fry them well</p>
<p>4) Add chilli powder, turmeric powder, peanuts and coriander powder to the oil</p>
<p>and let them blend with the mixture</p>
<p>5) Add some salt to taste</p>
<p>6) finally add the coriander leaves .</p>
<p>7) Boil the rice separately and leave them in a plate and let the rice to cool</p>
<p>down.</p>
<p>8) Add the lemon juice to the rice and then the mixture to the white rice.</p>

<p>Then heat some oil and then add onions 1 chopped fine and curry leavesThen add ( cooked vegetables carrot , beans , peas, potato) and then add the ground curry paste and then add the cooked rice. Let them cook for about 20 minutes .</p>

It is good if you dilute the coconut milk,  in the ratio of 1 cup of rice to 2 cups of diluted coconut milk</p>

<p>2)Grind  cashew nuts, cloves, cinamon, cardamom, green chillies mint and coriander leaves.</p>
<p>3) Add  the mixture to the ghee</p>
<p>4) Add ginger &amp; garlic paste to it</p>
<p>5) Then add garam masala  and chilli powder, carrots,  peas and beans  to it</p>
<p>6) Add coconut milk  to the mixture,  add 2 cups of coconut milk for 1 cup and add salt to taste .</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Paruppu (Chana Dal) Rice Ingredients :</strong></p>
<p>Chana dal &#8211; 1 cup</p>
<p>Rice 4 cups</p>
<p>Onion &#8211; 1</p>
<p>Tomato &#8211; 1</p>
<p>Turmeric powder &#8211; 1 tsp</p>
<p>chilli powder &#8211; 1 tsp</p>

<p>Garlic &#8211; 2 pieces</p>
<p>Coriander leaves</p>
<p>Curry leaves</p>
<p>Red chillies &#8211; 4</p>
<p>Salt<br />
Mustard seeds</p>
<p><strong>Paruppu (Chana Dal) Rice Preparation :<br />
</strong><br />
Heat some oil in the pressure cooker</p>
<p>Add the mustard seeds, then add the red chillies, curry leaves along with the garlic</p>
<p>Add the onion and fry them till they are golden brown.</p>
<p>Then add the tomatoes.</p>
<p>When the tomatoes are cooked add the water 21/4 cups of water for 1 cup of rice.</p>
<p>Then when the water starts to boil add salt and chilli powder along with turmeric powder</p>
<p>Then add the rice and paruppu(dal) and close the cooker and let it cook for about 4 whistles in a low flame.</p>
<p>Open the lid of the cooker after 15 minutes after turning the flame off</p>
<p>Finally add the coriander leaves before serving</p>
<p>Paruppu (Chana Dal) Rice Tip :</p>
<p>It is good if you soak the paruppu(dal) along with the rice for about 1/2 hour</p>

Chili powder ¼ tbsp.<br />
Turmeric powder A pinch<br />
Coriander, chopped 1 tbsp.<br />
Green chili 3 nos.<br />
Water 2 ½ cups<br />
Ghee 3 tbsps.<br />
Salt To taste</div>

<p><strong>Vegeterian Pulov Preparation :<br />
</strong><br />
1.Heat ghee in a cooker, then add the cloves, cardamons, cinnamom, sliced<br />
onions and fry for a while.</p>
<p>2.Next add the ginger garlic and saute till you get a nice aroma.</p>
<p>3.Add the rice, stir for a while then add vegetables, chili powder, turmeric powder,<br />
coriander leaves, green chilies, salt and water.</p>
<p>4.Close the cooker lid and pressure cook for 5 minutes.</p>
<p>5.Remove from heat and serve hot with raita or pickle.</p></div>
